I'm waiting for Christmas, because my sister is getting me new ones to finish it up. Just know that it looks awesome. Even for me. Because unlike art class, where everything was on a deadline, I can totally take my time on this and be a total perfectionist. I'm tempted to actually post Work-In-Project pictures, but I don't want to spoil it... Eh...

Anyways. Speaking of Christmas, I am not looking forward to it at all. Except for the paintbrushes. There are several reasons for this, but the main one is the fact that my mothers side of the family is coming to stay with us on the 22nd until who knows when. This next part sounds dreadful, but sadly, it's true - I hate my extended relatives. I mean, not 'hate', like you dislike a sibling, I mean, loathe, like that mean girl at school who teased you about reading Naruto or Bleach or FMA in Math class. Yep. Pretty sad. It's not like I don't have a reason to hate them. I'd go into details, but the list is pretty long.

My holidays will be no fun at all. D:

Except for New Years, when I go to for alcohol and movies. Yessss... that will be amusing.

In other useless news, I've recently become addicted to watch AMV's. Seriously. Over and over. I don't know what it is, they're just so... awewsome. Seriously, just today I found the most amazing ever Claymore AMV and... I'll stop there. Just because I know that once I get going I'll never stop. Any particular favourite AMV's you want to share?

Must go study for my Psychology exam now. It's tomorrow and I really, really don't want to write it. Be sad for me.

No. I'm not on drugs. I'm just pretty happy today. For several reasons.

One, I got my Miranda Lotto cosplay. I was starting to get worried about that package, because I ordered it a while ago. But no! It's here. And I'm wearing the jacket now, because it's a badass jacket and I luffs it very, very much (hahaha. Bad sailor joke. Move along, folks...)

Secondly, tomorrow is my birthday. Well, technically, today is. I mean, it says so, right there on my birth certificate that November 23rd is my birth date. But, last year, my grandmother died. On my birthday. Yeah. That was a shitty present. So, it was decided that the 23rd is my birth 'date' but not my 'birthday'. Make sense now?

Three! Apparantly, Naruto is getting another time skip. I couldn't decide whether to scream out of pure joy, or beat myself with a spoon. So I made waffles instead. They were delicious.

(But, I am not certain if this news is fact or fiction. I mean, I've read the same stuff in about eight different journals, but I still want to know if Kishi confirmed the news. I personally am torn between the horrifying thought that a ten-year manga is probably going to continue for another five years, and the mental image of how wonderfully sexy Sasuke and Kiba and Sai will be. )

.... you can totally disregard that last statement. It doesn't even matter. Like really. Ignore it.

Anyways, on Monday and I are going to see Three Days Grace with some of our other friends. Should be fun.
ON AN UNRELATED NOTE: Alexis, we need a Code Geass marathon weekend. Are you and Calvin busy the first weekend of December?

School's started up again, which for most people, is rather obvious. Or at least, I found it was, due to the many "NOOO SCHOOL!!!!1!!!" and "Time again" and "Going back" journal titles in my messages. I think I got about 20 out of 56 referring to returning to school. And approximately 10 were about comissions. And 3 were talking about conventions and stuff.

Not that I have a problem with any of those topics, I'm just stating facts.

So, since my last post, I have attended Otafest, graduated junior high, gone to see Blink-182, attended Warped Tour and seen the Lion King. All of which was fun. I do recommend seeing the Lion King musical if you haven't done so, because it was fantastic.

Note that my definition of fantastic is pretty much the same as "The costumes were cool, but the story predictable". (Although, this is the Lion King. I would laugh if it wasn't predictable.)

In other news, I've been addicted to the show Prison Break. I know it's done and over, but really, it's amazing. It's definitely one of the best TV shows I've ever seen.

(Yes, Alexis, it beats out Bones and Criminal Minds. Oh. And I suppose Heroes too.)

Anyways, has anyone seen it? If not, you're missing out.

What else... um. Is anyone fed up with Naruto at the moment? And while I'm at it, Bleach as well? I find the plot rather confusing and stupid. Does anyone actually understand what's going on or have a clue where the hell the story is going? It seems like Kishimoto's just pulling stuff out of a hat and hoping it goes somewhere. And Kubo... well. How long does it take a freaking' Espada to die? 4 chapters, really? I'm bored with Bleach and just plain annoyed with Naruto. Pick up the pace, make some sense for once and put your readers out of their misery.

Oh. And the first season of Code Geass pwns the second season. Just saying.

But sadly, I'm going on a class trip to France and Spain the day before it airs. Not that I'm sad about Europe. I wanna go to Europe and eat European chocolate which everyone says is awesome. I just wanna see Fullmetal too... Rawr. (Also, seeing the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower would be nice too...)

I posted that drawing of Sasuke Uchiha. His face is totally messed. I think I need to work on eyes. And faces. And drawing in general.

I'm tired. I'm going to finish my pancakes. And go watch House, or 24 or something. Wait...

Dammit. I have a French exam on Monday. I'll be expecting a fail. No House MD for me. Dammit. Again.
